Shipping policy

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We proudly ship Australia‑wide.

Standard Shipping

- Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days (depends on product suppliers).
- Carriers may include Australia Post, Aramex, Fastway, or other trusted partners of the product suppliers.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all items Australia wide. 

- We currently do not ship to international destinations.  

Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately depending on supplier location and stock availability. You will receive tracking details for each parcel.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us at **may_timbol@ymail.com** within **7 days** of the delivery issue.  
- We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.  
- SM Shop Online is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.  
- If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

Out‑of‑Stock or Backorder Items
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase:
- We will notify you immediately.  
- You may choose a refund, store credit, or a replacement item of equal value.
